Every year we use the evening of our Constructing Excellence awards dinner to raise funds for a regional charity. Unfortunately as we are now moving our ceremony online due to COVID19, we have lost the opportunity to collect much needed funds in the room.

We are therefore launching an online campaign with the hope of raising the same, if not more, for this year’s charity, Wheatfields Hospice.

Many charities are suffering at the moment having had their shops closed and traditional fundraising activities curtailed so it is now even more important to support them to keep going. Hospices have had a signficant role to play in the pandemic, providing dignity, care, compassion and bereavement support to families, all while working under some very challenging conditions.

We know that giving to charity is very much a personal decision but if everyone who has ever attended our dinner donated what they would normally do on the evening then we know we could reach our target.
