Our thinkBIM network grows from strength to strength with our next event is BIM & Integrated Project Management scheduled for Wed 9th Nov Leeds, LS2 9EN

Stephen Hamil NBS and Russ Hynes Rapid5D will focus on how to enrich the data in and around the model for greater benefit and use across the project team.

They will cover BIM as an interoperable rich digital information model; provide a demonstration of the automated production of information to create a COBie data stores; highlight results from the NBS National BIM Survey, and ecplorethe use of 4D and 5D in BIM designs.

Following on from the event we have our BIM and Green Building TWEETCHAT #TBIMChat on Tuesday 22nd November which you can join in in person at old Broadcasting House Leeds, LS2 9EN or join us from the comfort of your home for our online discussion 7pm BST ‘BIM and Green Building’ Hashtag: #TBIMchat

The hour long chat will be facilitated with a number of topical BIM and Green Building Questions for participants to discuss, share experiences and / or sources of information. The last TBIM chat was a huge success bringing together Randy Deutsch form the USA and the thinkBIM network in Australia and a host of BIM enthusiasts from across the UK.

• Pecha Kucha Showcase: These Pecha Kucha presentations offer a lively presentation format and by holding a competition we are opening up the opportunity to present to all thinkBIM Members.

If you think you have a BIM technology , process or people related presentation of interest please let us know and submit an outline bid to present under the following three headings: What you will present , Why it’s interesting, Why you should be given the opportunity to present at GetBIM .
