thinkBIM is the award winning and original network set up in 2011 by Leeds Beckett University to enable sector wide adoption of BIM (Building Information Modelling). With over 2000 regional and national BIM enthusiasts on board, we now focus on supporting uptake throughout the supply chain and promoting digitisation of the construction industry in order to help meet the needs of the future as per Digital Built Britain Strategy announced in 2016.
We run regular monthly seminars, workshops, technology showcases and conferences designed to bring together early adopters and leading practioners in the field to share knowledge and expertise for the benefit of all.

My name is Maria Mandujano. I’m from Mexico and right now I’m a PhD candidate in Construction Engineering and Management (I’m about to finish my PhD). My area of expertise is in implementing VDC / BIM and synergy with Lean. Right now, I’m writing a book about BIM and Lean and how they can work together and their potential.
