Adrian has over 20 years’ experience in the construction sector and has held roles in information and knowledge management, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital innovation.

He is a passionate advocate for innovation and digital transformation and we are looking forward to return to thinkBIM to speak about his most recent work in the digitisation of the transport and infrastructure sector.

Director, Unfolding.co.uk – Digital Capacity Building Workshops

Chris is a tech industry veteran and co-founder of Sheffield Digital, the association for the people and businesses of Sheffield’s digital industries, as well as being a digital master-planning consultant, and educator.

While not an expert in BIM specifically, Chris is engaged with the question of how places produce, manage and utilise their data, what purposes it is being put to, how citizens can share in the process, what the ethical considerations are and the connections between BIM and open data.

ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS

Adrian Malone will be expanding on his customer and human centric vision for digital transport infrastructure; asking how using digital tools and open data can help to gain a richer insight into end user’s needs.

Chris Dymond Co-founder of Digital Sheffield will be helping us to get a non BIM view of people and places produce, manage, utilise and share data. How can these data sets be used to determine the future needs of a data smart city?

Justine Gray and Mike Goodall (pictured above, middle and far left) from OOBE Ltd will be discussing the benefits and challenges of getting BIM working in landscape designs

Matt Blackwell (pictured far right on the right) from Costain will be looking at how open data sets can be used to help customers inform their decision making processes.

Dan Hamilton, Professional Services Consultant at Trimble Civil Engineering and Construction will be providing the content for this conference’s infamous 4:00 pm spot. Dan will be showcasing the latest technology for machine control.
