All entries should be emailed to us at ceyhawards@leedsbeckett.ac.uk – we can accept links from file sharing applications, i.e. dropbox, we transfer e.t.c. If this method is not possible then you can post your entry to us on a memory stick at the following address:
CEYH Awards, c/o Centre for Knowledge Exchange, Leeds Beckett University, Room G03, Northern Terrace, Queen Square Court | Leeds | LS2 8AG
IMPORTANT – You will receive email confirmation from us once we have received your entry.
Therefore if you have already submitted your entry and not received an email please ring us on 0113 812 7601 to check that we have your submission.

The closing date for entries is Friday 15th May – all the forms you need to complete for your chosen category can be downloaded from the CEYH website at the link below.
