He acts for a number of the leading construction and development companies in the Yorkshire region and regularly deals with adjudications, arbitrations, TCC litigation, mediations and professional negligence claims.
William Buckenham, Partner, Construction Litigation
Will is an experienced contentious construction lawyer who specialises in adjudications where he has an excellent track record of
achieving successful outcomes for his clients. He also deals with TCC litigation and mediations and is a regular speaker at events advising on
construction law.
